Step 1: Requirement Communication & Solution Confirmation (1-3 working days)

We firmly believe that a thorough understanding of your needs lays the foundation for a successful partnership. Our sales and engineering team will first engage in detailed discussions with you, focusing on your specific requirements, target markets, budget constraints, and compliance obligations. Based on this, we will leverage our expertise and industry experience to propose optimal product selections, material specifications, and technical solutions, along with a preliminary quotation.

Professional design support: If you require services related to product appearance, structure, or optical design, our dedicated design team will be involved throughout the process, offering design advice and solutions to ensure your product concept is perfectly realized.

Step 2: Sampling & Mold Arrangement (Timeline varies by specific scheme)

Sample confirmation: Sampling will be conducted in accordance with the mutually agreed technical solution.

Mold costs: In case custom molds are required for production, the mold opening costs shall be prepaid by the customer. We hereby solemnly commit that: once the total volume of your subsequent orders reaches the agreed threshold, the full amount of such mold costs will be refunded.

Sample approval: Upon completion, samples will be delivered to you for confirmation. We welcome sample adjustments until you are fully satisfied with the quality, craftsmanship, and performance.

Step 3: Contract Signing & Advance Payment (1 working day)

Once both parties have confirmed all details including samples, pricing, and delivery schedules, a formal purchase contract will be signed. After the contract is executed, please remit 30% of the total order value as an advance payment (deposit). Upon receipt of the advance payment, the order will be immediately scheduled for production.

Step 4: Production & Quality Control (45-60 days)

Production lead time: Our standard production cycle is 45 to 60 days, starting from the date of receiving the advance payment and final confirmation of all production details (including molds).

Progress updates: During the production process, we can provide production progress reports upon your request.

Rigorous quality inspection: All products undergo strict quality checks (QC) prior to shipment to ensure they meet the mutually agreed standards.

Step 5: Final Payment & Goods Delivery (Depends on logistics method)

Upon completion of production and passing of inspection, we will notify you to settle the remaining balance of the order. Upon receipt of full payment, we will promptly arrange for the shipment of goods and provide a complete set of logistics documents, enabling you to track the shipment status in a timely manner.
